According to wisest of the wise there are no guarantees that we will even be here tomorrow. But if we are then that’s another day that we stole away with. Use time wisely because it is at a premium!!!
If your mind is made to either start an exercise program or get back into a program then all you have to do is start right away.
You can literally start right now. You don’t even need to finish reading this post. You don’t even need a gym membership or even one weight. Before you read another sentence hit the floor and bang out 10, 15 or 20 push ups. Then roll onto your back and give yourself 20 crunches. Rest 30 seconds and repeat for a total of 3 sets. Follow this up with 20 body weight squats for 3 sets and then go eat some protein ………are you still reading? I’m serious! Get up and do it!
