In gyms you see a few people doing pull ups but the majority of people are using lat pull down machines because a lot of people have trouble doing even one rep. I am not getting down on anybody who cant do a pull up there was a time where I was unable too . The thing about pull ups is , if you don’t do them then you are never going to be able to do them, strange way to put it right?
You can do all the lat pull downs and one arm rows that you want but they will never catapult you into pull ups. The best way to do one pull up is to do a pull up…..or at least keep trying.
