Most of the time we hold ourselves back because of some pretty simple reasons. Reasons that once you are aware of and are ready to address can be easy to handle. The feeling that we are not capable enough to handle new demands or pressures really comes from how much confidence you have in yourself. When you lack the skills,knowledge and ability required to do something then of course you feel inadequate and therefore recede from trying to achieve more.
