Another selfy……shoulder day


Gettin some width on the shoulders today.

If your lookin to add some size to your frame a good way to do it is to hit the shoulders and get em to grow. Even if you can only get them to grow a 1/4 inch that will be on each shoulder. When standing there you will actually be a 1/2 inch wider at your shoulders…… 1/4 + 1/4 = 1/2.

This will help you fill out that new suit you bought or if you get em big like cannon balls maybe get stuck in a doorway.

Good shoulder exercises are;

Bench press, shoulder press, Arnold press, upright rows, overhead press, dips.
