When you look in the mirror what do you see? You see the present. An accumulation of the years behind you. Hopefully , you like what you see.
What if when looking at a mirror we can see forward into our years to come? Not necessarily our futures like a crystal ball but more of just how our bodies react to time and stimulus, getting older and the effects of exercise and healthy nutrition.
If we could do this and actually see the benefits from a healthy lifestyle wouldn’t that motivate us more? Wouldn’t we want to exercise and eat healthy because we can clearly see what is to come?
Since we do not have this ability then we must have a degree of faith and belief that what we are doing will provide a positive outcome in our later years. Keeping the faith is vital because along the way we will hit road blocks. Life does what it does best and we are challenged to find the motivation and the energy to stay on track. Keep the faith, keep the faith.
As long as we stay with our belief all the hard work after years and years will have a cumulative effect and we will thank ourselves.
